The entire project took 30 days to rehab and 30 days to sell. Felt so good, we went from East Texas to West Texas and did it again. See video below.
Beautiful, open West Texas city of Mexia was our next adventure. This one needed less work but still posed its challenges. This one was also finished in 30 days and sold in 15.
